Narok governor Samwel
Ole Tunai was in Angata ward in Transmara west sub- county where he distributed
cheques to all public schools in the ward as a way of boosting education in the
area.Oldonyorok secondary and Kondamet secondary schools are among schools that
were giving 2 million each .
He visited
Enkoiperiai,Ole Soilal &the epitome of the meeting was at Oldonyo-orok
centre.
He issued cheques worth
over 20 million shillings to support various infrastructure for schools and ECD
centres.
He said that his
administration will continue with development projects in the area from
infrastructure to health sector.
He said that the county
government will complete Oldonyo-orok health centre and expand it to offer
maternity services.
He also called on the
people to embrace brotherhood and bring to an end the enemity between different
communities adding that the leadership should be at the front in preaching
peace between the people.
On politics,he said
that the people should; in the next elections vote in leaders based on the
performances adding that those who have fronted for division should not be
voted in.
He was accompanied by
area MCA Joseph Lunguny,Sogoo MCA Moses Cheruiyot, Nominated MCA Mary &
education CEC Mr. Marindany.
